• •We only take advance payments with a strict non-refundable policy, no matter what the circumstances are.
• •As soon as the invoice is generated, it's obligatory for the client to clear payment within one week.
• •If the client made any modification on their own to an optimized page created by us or neglected to apply any changes suggested by Smart Web Ranker, then all the guarantees given by us will be considered invalid and become void immediately.
• •We firmly stand by our ethical SEO policies and hold all the rights to Invalidate any warranty or assurance if we find out that our client has implemented any kind of black hat, unwanted, unethical, and harmful practices to manipulate SEO practices by embedding hidden links, link farms or link schemes, FFA link pages. Also, without our consent, you are prohibited from submitting our web pages to search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc., search directories, and other websites.

Right To Client Website:

• •To evaluate and examine the content, progress, and structure of the website, give us access to the backend and administrative section.
• •If our client's website doesn't have enough textual content, allow us to increase the required amount of text in electronic format to build supplementary content-rich and enhanced website pages. We at Smart Web Ranker can create unique and engaging content for our clients for an extra fee.
• •Consent to use website content, images, logos, pamphlets, trademarks, pictures, and videos if needed via Smart Web Ranker for SEO intents.

Loss Of Service

Smart Web Ranker shall not be held liable in any case of service loss, revenue loss, damage of data, loss due to website downtime, inaccessibility of files, loss caused by third parties, malfunction of communication devices, loss due to black hat or any unethical practices by the client, loss due to platform change or any service held beyond our involvement.

Indemnity and Warranties
